No picture to go with this one as I was driving, and even if I had my camera ready, there would be no way to capture it anyhow.

I was driving down the parkway around sunset and as I went over the Driscoll Bridge, I happened to be there right at sunset. The sun was beautiful in the West, kissing the horizon, and through just enough clouds and haze to make it viewable with sunglasses on so that it didn't hurt your eyes. (Disclaimer, don't look directly at the sun any time of day, even if it doesn't hurt, it can still damage your eyes, kids)

But that wasn't even the best part. Looking now to the East, there is the nearly full Moon, just a few degrees above the horizon, bright, big and yellow shining through some nearby clouds. Simply fascinating. The Sun at the horizon to the right and the Moon at the horizon to the left.

I wanted to stop my car in the middle of the parkway and soak up the view, but that probably wouldn't have ended well. I was thrilled to have been at the top of the bridge at that exact moment. I hope I adequately described it for you.
